Hello,

I entered Thailand on a 30 day entry without visa, then extended it twice. It has been 90 days and I will be staying longer. Airbnb host has already filed a TM30. Do I need to file a 90 day report with immigration?

Yes seems like you can extend multiple times. When you go, ask for the covid extension form, for a 60 day extension with no extra cost

isnt a TM30 different to the 90 day notification (TM47? seems to me that he needs to notify of being in country for 90days - that is independent of the TM30 housemaster form.

90 day reports are only required for people on a visa or extension of stay longer than 90 days. If he's getting 30 or 60 day extensions he doesn't do 90 day reports.
