TLDR : Answer Summary
When moving addresses, you do not need to change the date on your 90-day report. Instead, in Bangkok, you can submit a T28 form during your next 90-day reporting.

not in Bangkok. I submitted my T28 about 6 months after I actually moved (although I put a more recent date on the form), sent it off with my regular 90 day report and got both receipts back without a problem.

Sorry just to set my mind at rest, I don't have to report change of address within 24 hours of moving?
