You answered my question last week about having to fly out Thailand to get my baby daughter back in on Thai passport 

When I flyto KUL do I need to exit airport there or can I just go thru international transfer and return to Thailand and present her Thai passport?

And seeing as this isn't even a visa question, I'd say the O/P has as much information as they're going to need to pull off swapping passports..

You'll fly out of thailand stamping OUT of thailand on what ever passport they're here on now. Then in KL you stamp in AND out on the thai passport then you show the thai passport when you go to stamp back in here.

You can stay in the airport, just get stamped in and out of KL on the thai passport.

you are incorrect. There is NO law on the books that prevents thaiz from holding multiple nationalities :O It just says IF a dual nationality person were asked by the government they would choose one.

CMIIW, as i know Thai are not allow to have dual citizenship. Just wondering when immigration at KL ask for previous stamp out and we show to them another passport, then we enter KL using Thai passport, is this will be a problem ?

nope, not at all. And if they did ask, just show the passport that you were stamped out on,

Face it you're not the first thai changing passports by bouncing in and out at KL and flying back on a thai passport ;)
