Are there ATMs before passing through immigration at both Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang? Thanks.
Answer summary
No, there are no ATMs available before passing through immigration at both Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airports. The first ATMs are located in the baggage claim area after you have completed immigration. Travelers are advised to carry cash equivalent to 20,000 THB or more in their home currency to comply with entry requirements.

No, but it would be a good idea if there was. It would solve a problem for the people who didn't realise they need at least 20k baht or the equivalent in cash when they arrive in the country.

Is it for the 20k tbt or equivalent? Just home currency cash before you board your plane.

Sofia Stoyanov . .there are reports that there is one lonely light blue ATM (Khrung Thai) in the space where people of some nations need to buy a "Visa-On-Arrival" for 2000 Thai Baht, at the Suvarnabhumi airport. I am not giving you any guarantee, however. In case you are worried about the requirement to be able to show 20,000 THB in cash, you should know that cash equivalent in any major currency is accepted

Probably you should read the question again. Your answers have absolutely nothing to do with it.

If you're worrying about the 20,000thb, equivalent in foreign currency is enough.

No, the first ATMs are in the baggage claim area after immigration, with many more after you pass through customs.
