TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion centers around the difficulties expats face when applying for a visa in Kuala Lumpur, specifically mentions of rejection and challenges with documentation. Some users point out that the city is typically known for processing DTV visas effectively but suggest that past issues or incorrect documents could be the reason for the rejection. Comparisons with other countries like Vietnam and Cambodia are made, where application processes seem to be faster or more favorable.

what about if I apply 2nd time in France, my country?

@Yoann ****
Yes, that's ok but note France is known for taking up to one month to give approval. If you going back to France then it's a good idea to apply there

Have you provided long term lease document as requested?

Asked you for more docs during the whole process?
