KL normally is very good place for DTV . Maybye documents was not correct or something from the past. Did you apply for soft power or freelance ?

Muay Thai, there ask me this document : The Letter of Acceptance from Muay Thai must be issued by the Thai government. (Essential)

It is infamous for being the most difficult to approve the DTV. Many approved second time around in nearby SEA countries, apply there.

Yes, that's ok but note France is known for taking up to one month to give approval. If you going back to France then it's a good idea to apply there
