Do I need to download a full TM30 certificate for my 60-day SETV extension appointment in Thailand?

Appointment booked via online system for extension of 60 SETV.  Good.

The docs list shows the need for tm30, some sources say not but I want to be fully prepared.

We have tm30 as shown in the picture.

Question is, is this the cert they need or do I need to access somehow and download a full certfiicate for us both?

Personally I'd cancel the online appointment and just go to the Central Festival Mall location (you can't book an appointment for it) because NO ONE goes there at all

BUT

you should be okay even going to the airport location with that appointment booked

Promenada Mall closed a while back and Central Festival Mall is where that one moved to

There's just the main office by the airport and central festival now

it's so empty there, hardly anyone knows about it so no one goes there.

That's proof a TM30 was filed using the mobile application, print two copies and you use one and Millie uses one when you apply for the 30 day extension.
