TLDR : Answer Summary
For the Covid extension, you do not need to provide a rental contract; ensure your landlord has filed a TM30 on your behalf instead.

You need a TM30 that your landlord should have filed for you. You don't need a rental contract.

that's usually everything you need TO APPLY. Just cause you apply doesn't mean they will approve it though. But the only way to know is to apply.

depends on your immigration office. Some won't issue one at all (Phang Nga) others dish them out like Smarties (Samui).

every time a tm30 is lodged with immigration it makes the previous tm30 invalid so not all 3 were same time

I rented another new room in the same time, (I had 2 rooms, plus sometimes 1 night hotel) and I shown the TM30 of the previous first room that still I have, and no problems, so they not delete the first TM30

and CLARISSA , I understand, maybe in Pattaya they dont care so much about TM30, and TM 6 also I never shown because lost, they dont care. Only 1 picture, 3 passport copy, tm30 copy, and fill papers. Never had problems or questions, and about 10 covid extensions already done, just for share my experience.

yes that’s what I mean sorry πŸ˜€ but does it have to say I’m staying with her for 60 days or is 30 days enough? Because I might want to go chiang Mai for my last month here.

TM30 doesn't say anything like that. It says when you arrived at an address.
