Hey guys.

I've a question if someone wouldent mind helping ๐Ÿ™‚

So I've just received my non immigrant B visa from the Thai consultant in Laos, Vientiane.

Do I have to go back to immigration when I arrive back in Chiang Mai to update my TM30, or is this all done online by the landlord?

Also - do I need to fill in any other documentation upon arriving back in Thailand?

Thanks ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘Œ

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about whether they need to update their TM30 upon returning to Thailand with a non-immigrant B visa. Responses emphasized that it's up to the landlord to handle the TM30 update, ideally through online submission. The user does not need to visit immigration immediately upon return but should ensure that they obtain a TM30 receipt for future visa extension.

Good Luck

...

Sounds like you will have that important TM30 filed with receipt to prove it when you go for your extension.

If that's what she said, have her do a screen grab and print AFTER she's entered your data and saves it in the system

You'll need that when you go to extend the Non-B visa.

I guess it is more ease to ask you landlord yourself as you know who it is, than asking us if he updated Immigration for you

That is totally between you, your land lord and the thai immigration office as far as who does it.

You WILL need a TM30 receipt to get an extension on that Non-B so keep that in mind
