Hi Everyone,

I got a Non B on December 4th which was under consideration until Dec 30 and then I got my 1 year Non-B on December 30.

I then left Thailand and returned (On a re-entry permit) on Jan 25th.

When is my 90 days reporting? Does it start from December 4, December 30 or Jan 25th?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day reporting period starts from the date of re-entry into Thailand, which in this case is January 25. Therefore, the 90-day report is due on the 89th day from that date.

You must file a 90 day report when you are in Thailand for 90 or more consecutive days. Your “day 1” is January 25.

Your departure card number changed and you can not use the online system until you submit one 90 day report in person. You can submit a 90 day report 15 days before it’s due through 7 days after the due date.
