Do I need to complete my 90-day report if I'm leaving Thailand on the due date?

ORIGINAL POSTERQuestion: I have a Non-immigrant-O visa with a 1-year marriage extension. I'm due for a 90-day report on 7th of Nov., but will be leaving the country on that day. I would guess then that the 90-day report is unecessary. Correct?
Also, I realise I'll have to apply for a re-entry permit at the airport before leaving, as to be able to come back on same visa. However, I've never done it before... Will be a first. So any tips regarding this appreciated also.

if you're leaving on or before your 90 day report due date you do not need to file one.
There's no problem getting a re-entry permit at the airport before you fly out. Allow an extra 15 minutes or so and you'll be fine

I would do the re-entry at immigration before going to the airport. Then do the 90 days at the same time and as it doesn't cost

You can do your 90 day report up to 15 days early and get your re entry permit at the same time, or allow yourself some extra time at the airport and get it there.
