Do I need to complete my 90-day report if I'm leaving Thailand on the due date?

Question: I have a Non-immigrant-O visa with a 1-year marriage extension. I'm due for a 90-day report on 7th of Nov., but will be leaving the country on that day. I would guess then that the 90-day report is unecessary. Correct?

Also, I realise I'll have to apply for a re-entry permit at the airport before leaving, as to be able to come back on same visa. However, I've never done it before... Will be a first. So any tips regarding this appreciated also.

Thanks in advance

Cheers

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about whether they need to complete their 90-day reporting for a Non-Immigrant-O visa, due on the day they plan to leave Thailand, and seeks advice on obtaining a re-entry permit at the airport prior to their departure. The community responses clarify that if the user is leaving on or before the reporting due date, they do not need to submit the report. Several commenters also provide advice on handling both the 90-day report and re-entry permit at the airport, suggesting to allow some extra time for processing.

If you’re leaving the country for a holiday then u don’t need to do a 90 reporting if the 90 days fall in the period when ur traveling.

90 Days reporting and re-entry both can be done at the airport.

Umm, you can't do a 90 day report at the airport

if you're leaving on or before your 90 day report due date you do not need to file one.

There's no problem getting a re-entry permit at the airport before you fly out. Allow an extra 15 minutes or so and you'll be fine

I would do the re-entry at immigration before going to the airport. Then do the 90 days at the same time and as it doesn't cost

Thanks. Yeah. I'll give myself ample time. Have the whole day free :)

just because if you are delayed getting there yo may not bhave time to process the re-entry.

Why not do it all at the airport and save a trip to Chaeng Watthana? That's more inline with my original query.

I posted on here recently about re-entry at the airport. Search my name and you'll find it.

You can do your 90 day report up to 15 days early and get your re entry permit at the same time, or allow yourself some extra time at the airport and get it there.

No. No need because you're leaving the country, just get the re entry permit at the airport, as per your origional post.

Ok. Thanks. Don't really have time to do the 90-day report before (leaves me only today and Monday) unless absolutely necessary. So, just to clarify, does it mean the 90-day report would be done at airport as well..with the re-entry?
