TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring if a visa is needed for multiple short trips (59 days each) to Thailand throughout the year while maintaining a long-term rental property, with specifics on return flights and cash requirements. Community responses suggest that while initially, the 60-day tourist exemption might suffice, repeated trips could lead to visa requirements.
