Hi everybody!

Is it true that I can enter Thailand by land only twice within a 12 month period? So if I need to do 3 borderbounces within 6 month, 1 of them must be by air?

(Not related to covid extension, just a regular multiple entry visa)

If you have an actual pre-purchased visa, it's not limited. You can enter on a multiple entry visa by land as many times as you wish.

Limitation of twice by land is only for visa-exempt entry, not for other types of entry, such as with actual visa (any type), VOA(if available at that border), or visa-waiver (if available at that border).

That counting is reset at midnight on 31 December for everybody.

Yep, I have a prepurchased METV, so everything is fine.

May I ask you if it is still true, that I can apply for a 30 day extention for every 60 day stamp I receive?

(Or is it 1x 30 day extension for the entire visa)?
