The extension of stay based on the COVID-19 is used to allow a person to have more time to return home without going on overstay. Instead of worrying about getting another COVID-19 extension, I would use the time to try and catch the next flight home before it's too late.

I would recommend getting a second Embassy letter. There are 70+ immigration offices...all have their requirements. Get the second letter to avoid being turned down.

Do you mean the stamp you get AFTER you got the first 15 days under consideration stamp OR are you asking about a whole new 30 day extension based on not being able to travel still?
