How Can I Get a New Immigration Stamp During COVID in Thailand?

hi guys. I cannot reach the immigration offices in CW nor MTT. I have the under consideration stamp due to covid ( letter from embassy) until tomorrow. I see some offices ask you to come get a new stamp. What about these offices ? cannot find the answer

Go get the second stamp to "close the loop" on the extension.

Go to the office where you got the first stamp, you only need the receipt and the passport
