Hi i want to extend my visa with Covid Visa Extension for 60 days in immigration Koh Samui. Is that still possible?

I saw in that there is a letter from home country’s embassy in Thailand required. I'm Austrian - do i need to go to Bangkok to get this letter?

PS: I extended my Visa already for 30 days in Phuket.

Do you know if Austria will issue a letter? Most countries won't and have a message on their website that says as much. One of the options on the Covid extension form says "my country does not issue letters" or something similar.

That is exactly what the email says in the letter from my embassy. A screenshot with the date should suffice then.

Not sure how it works with the Austrian Embassy but with the US embassy you just send them an email and they reply back with an automated email.
