Hi, Coming from America interested in DTV I am unmarried accompanied by partner and 12yr old child. Main question is, due to us being not married would we both have to show 500,000 baht in separate bank accounts? And would my 13 yr old need a visa as well? Also read that there is no actual income requirements to prove after recent change? Any and all help is greatly appreciated! Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
In Thailand, each adult applying for the Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) must have their own bank account showing 500,000 baht, as unmarried partners must submit separate applications. The child would require a visa as well, but can be sponsored by a parent once their DTV is approved. There are no formal income requirements for the DTV.
As well as each adult needing to meet the financial requirements they will each also have to satisfy the criteria they apply under. The adults are completely distinct applications. The kid can apply after a parent has been approved and can be sponsored by that parent
Most DTV requirements are Embassy dependant, so first choose where to apply from, and remember you have to stay there during the WHOLE visa processing time.
Not married = separate application, separate bankaccounts.
As you dont have a marriage certificate, both adults need to apply for the dtv independantly. Each applicant will need 500k thb in your own bank account. If it is a joint bank account then the amount doubles. Once someone's dtv is approved, then that parent can sponsor your child for the dtv-dependant
