TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired whether hospitals could provide a letter to the London embassy confirming their medical appointment after receiving a request from the embassy. Responses indicated that while some hospitals offer such letters confirming appointment details and treatment plans, others may not. One user mentioned that the hospital they contacted agreed to supply the necessary certificate.

On the bright-side, you didn’t lose 400$ like online submission. Prepare the document necessarily and submit again.

They will do if you supply them with what you need doing. They will then draw up a treatment program for you stating appointment dates and procedures etc.
