You will be fine. I would not worry about this. You have the visa. The appointments change. That is all. Immigration have no view on this.

I have provided all the documents required for the e-Visa, in particular proof of hospital registration, checkup appointments, etc. The DVT visa is not a backdoor for me to stay long-term, but rather a visa for my health, combined with multiple entries into Thailand.

Thanks for the tip. I wanted to see some reactions to my question. I'm well-organized for entry, all documents are laminated, I have a hospital appointment, and I have a bundle of cash under €10,000. That's how traveling should be!
