Has anyone here used  PPS letter to confirm name and address for the DTV application? Or what document did you use instead to confirm your most recent (within the last 3 months) address/details?

I honestly don’t understand why this specific document is required, but my agent told me it’s mandatory otherwise there’s no money-back guarantee if the visa application gets rejected.

Tried to apply from London embassy.

The agent wants it, to ensure you are actually in the UK/Ireland. Too many people try to apply while outside the county, which is not allowed. They don’t want to be out of money if the embassy determines they think you are not there
