What email should I use to contact the UK Embassy regarding my extension letter application and what documents do I need to include?

When sending an application for extension letter to uk embasy what email do you use? And what documents need to be included? 

I have emailed them several times over past few months to try to make an appointment and have not received a response. 

Only time I was able to speak to them was with an extremely unpleasant woman called "liz"

I don't have any of that stuff my normal residence is Jakarta haven't lived in UK in 11 years and am staying at girlfriends here

It's kinda a catch 22 cause I'm not in a position to take out a rental. I'm waiting for a working visa here to be granted and intend to go to immigration along with letter from the univstiy I work at asking them for some form of consideration while the working visa is processed. I thought uk letter may help also but it sounds like it is designed to be used by people who reside here

For immigration, take photos and proof of your residential address, including signed copies of landlords ID and house ownership docs. Every page needs signing.

This is the procedure and they won't answer unless you provide the following. I didn't answer 3 and 4 I just put long stay resident which the proof being my old visa.
