Regarding my previous post, thank you for the responses :) I got a good basic understanding now.

Only one "special" question that I couldn't find the answer to:

If my friend's condo doesn't know that I'm staying in his room. Could that turn into my problem when it comes to the maximum 10000 baht fee for the property?
