Please I want to enquire on the requirements to get Thailand Tourist Visa, I have gone there and they only gave me Transit Visa, what are the vital document to provide so they can give me a Tourist Visa?

And as far as I know Senegal is a country in Africa.

All countries in Africa (except Morocco and Tunisia)

who do not have Foreign Registration Certificate (FRC) are therefore not considered residents of Myanmar and cannot apply for visa at the Royal Thai Embassy in Yangon; they are advised to apply for Thai visa at their countries of residence.
