Really sucks I'm asking since I have been in Kingdom 15 years!! I wish there was a law for kids born here.

Okay, to know which documents you need for the Non Immigrant O visa based on having a child studying in Thailand you ask how to get a Tourist visa. On top of the page link given above there is a tab called Visa Type, there you can read the needed documents. Good luck.

You go to the website to make appointments, you make a user name and profile, you book an appointment, you print the confirmation, you show up on that day with proof of 20K baht or the equivalent in a bank account, proof of onward travel in 60-90 days and proof of lodging and you apply for the visa. The next afternoon you show up, pay and get the passport back.

You make an appointment on this site;

Yeah I won't have proof of onward travel so thats now not an option for me, I guess the 2 times to Mae Sai is.... can I get the 2 times extended twice or only one time extension?

Sorry for all the questions as I haven't had to deal with immigration for over a decade!
