TLDR : Answer Summary
The ongoing discussions around vaccinated individuals attempting to travel to Thailand, specifically for a holiday in Chiang Mai, indicate that current rules require all travelers to undergo quarantine upon arrival, regardless of vaccination status. Although there are mentions of potential future changes, such as no quarantine for vaccinated travelers, there is no confirmation or timeline for when such policies might be implemented. Most comments emphasize the uncertainty of the situation and stress that the vaccines may reduce symptoms but do not eliminate the risk of infection or transmission.

I think you are just dreaming with such thoughts!!

There are only 5 countries in the world that are letting vaccinated people in.These are
Seychelles,Lebanon,
Romania,Cyprus and Iceland
If you have been vaccinated you can enter one of these countries without any restrictions.

The vaccine doesn't stop you from getting the virus. Just reduces the risk of severe symptoms. They don't yet know whether it will prevent you being contagious either. Studies still ongoing, so doubt it will impact any travel (positively) arrangements in the near future.

Another one believing everything being told. For god’s sake, practice some discernment. You were given a brain for a reason and it wasn’t to parrot verbatim everything your government and the lamestream media feeds you.
it's important to understand what a vaccine can do.
the two that appear to be the best so far - BioNTech, produced by Pfizer & Moderna - confer 95%-94% immunity, respectively. What immunity means here is that if you contract the virus there is approximately a 95% chance that your symptoms will be mild.
The virus will still be in your body.
It is just not likely to be able to spread to enough of your cells to make you seriously ill in the moment.
We don't know yet if you can still suffer long term damage.
We don't know yet if this will reduce your ability to spread the virus, although it seems reasonable that it could.
The vaccines are only one tool to help limit the spread of the virus. You will still need to take precautions - wear a mask, social distance, practice good hand sanitization. Countries will still need to enforce quarantines to limit the spread.
That could all change if we find that vaccinated people don't spread the virus. We don't know yet.

Looks like you’ve swallowed more than a dodgy vaccine. You keep reading all the government controlled propaganda while ignoring the increasing volumes of people dying from these so-called vaccinations. They resemble nothing like any vaccination I’ve ever had, many needing to be stored at -70 degrees. You keep using “we” like you’re some authority on these vaccinations rushes to market in a tenth of the time it normally takes. Will you take responsibility later when they’ve been shown to be killing people?
I’m including you in the we. I meant all of us. At no time did I advise anyone to get vaccinated. All I did was try to dispel the notion that getting a vaccination will fix everything. I agree that these vaccines haven’t been adequately tested. Personally I am going to wait a while. Right now I think being in Thailand is all the protection I need.
It's a synthesis of what I've read a variety of places, including medical journals, over the last several months and many years of experience. It's not plagiarized.
I have a PhD In public health. I'm retired now - no need to call me doctor. You can if you want. I'm a former senior scientist at the American Cancer Society and former research director at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
I'm a co-author on a couple of papers published in JAMA (Journal of the American Medical Association) in the last couple of years. You can find me on Google Scholar or Google for that matter.

You can still carry the virus once vaccinated

So what is the point of these mostly untested vaccinations? They say you have to continue muzzling yourself and social distance afterwards as well? People have gone mad thinking these vaccinations are solving anything. They’re not. All they’re doing is making pharmaceutical companies even richer while many people are dying from reactions from their concoctions. They world’s gone mad.

No sorry. The world has ended! Holidays are dangerous, going to the pub is dangerous. Best thing to do is lock yourself away for the rest of your days. This virus is so dangerous cancer, heart disease, diabetes no longer exists!

Covid is actually killing more people than any of those things
"The coronavirus (COVID-19) was the leading cause of death in December 2020 for the second consecutive month in both England (accounting for 20.8% of all deaths registered in December) and in Wales (27.4% of all deaths); dementia and Alzheimer's disease was the second leading cause of death in both countries, with COVID-19 accounting for more than double the second leading cause in England and more than triple in Wales."
Being vaccinated may help lessen severity of symptoms if you contract COVID. It doesn’t prevent you being infected or spreading it to others, especially if you’re asymptotic due to having been vaccinated

Everyone has to quarantine, regardless of their vaccinations. May change in the future but for now that’s the rule.
