NO, an Apec card is a total different thing than a Non Immigrant B visa and a Work Permit used to work inside Thailand.

I have same question cause now Iโ€™m in Thailand with visa extension, but when Int flight resume I would like to go in hk for a week, than after I can came in Thailand with APEC card or not?

I have a friend that is here in Phuket on a Non B visa that will expire July 22....can he revert to his APEK card once his non B expires?

after the non-b expires, he can stay no later then July 31 on the automatic amnesty
