Can someone reapply for a Thai visa after being rejected?
has anyone been rejected before? my friend was just rejected. And if so - can he still try and apply again?

People can apply right after being rejected but obviously if someone is submitting to the exact same embassy with the exact same documents then the outcome may be the same.

THey can apply again, if possible find out the reason for rejection
