Is anyone applied in Laos, Vientiane recently? I was rejected in Hanoi and I bought a ticket to go to Laos. Any tips?In Hanoi they told me because I was there and ask what's wrong with my application, maybe I need to add something or change and she just said "Change an Embassy". This is a bit annoying but Im keep trying. Thanks

Got approved in 4.5 days in Laos this week. However, it really depends on all factors. What are you applying for? Documents all ok? Nationality? It is not that one embassy rejects all, and another embassy approves all.

Have you been approved for first time or you were rejected and applied again in Laos?I'm applying for workation, i have a remote company for over 6 years, with one main client for over 3 years, have confimation letter of this clients, enough money for more than 3 months over 500k baht each month, I'm Polish. they? she? who are they? Sorry, but mostly here no one can really get a so-called "official" rejected reason, unless some of them simply mentioned on official reply email about minor things wrong and their application get cancelled.

Forget about trying to knock the Embassy/Consulate Door, the staffs know nothing about your application, and just wanna kick you away only. All the suggestion from them cannot be verified and guaranteed. Most practical suggestions for the rejected cases are to review your docs again/hire agent or consultation/and apply again.

Anonymous participant I don't recall seeing anyone else being told upfront to change the embassy which kind of implies there was nothing wrong with your application. They must have reached some sort of quota

Yeah got approved in laos on Monday. Then applied for my husband and 2 kids and was approved in 2 days
