Hello.

I’m asking for my mom.

She’s Russian but lives in Bali. She planned to arrive on December 18, and planned to stay for 3 months. She’s probably late to get Thai tourist visa in Bali (covid issues, consulate sends documents only once a week)…

But she still can come and get 30 days stamp on the border (not VOA). So my question is: can she get the covid stamp on top of that 30 days stamp?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about whether their Russian mother can obtain a COVID-19 stamp in addition to the standard 30-day stamp upon entry into Thailand, considering her situation involving delays in obtaining a tourist visa from Bali.
