The local immigration offices in Thailand generally have access to the conditions under which a DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) was approved. When you visit for extensions or other inquiries, they may check the purpose stated in your original application. It's noted that newer DTVs include information about the approval conditions on the visa document itself. When applying for extensions, you will also need to specify the reason for your extension on the TM7 form.
