Hi there im on a non o me and want to change to a 1 year extension. I already used my 60 days extension which comes to an end 1st of august. Im aware of that nothing is certain to this point until they make an anouncement so if the government is willing to give another 60 days extension after july 31st can I use my tm30 that I filed 5 months ago after my last border run to apply for the 1 year extension?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user wants to know if they can apply for a one-year extension on their Non-O visa using their TM30 form, given that they have already used their 60-day extension which ends on August 1st.
