Good morning 

Sort of visa related question, i think, and I would love confirmation before I risk a 12 month extension of stay.

Short version i have a  non immigrant o volunteer visa used in april 2019. Now have extension of stay until oct 2020.

Applied and received single re entry permit last week for intended travel back to Australia next month.

Seems now need to make emergency trip to Yangon.

Question- can i use the re entry permit i have now and then apply for another when i return to Thailand for my Australian christmas travel?

Thanks in anticipation 

Ps i assume i am going to need an express visa for Myanmar if i am land crossing at Myawaddy

Although the multiple Re-Entry Permit is 3,800 compared to 1,000 baht for the single RE Permit, if you plan as many as 3 trips, it may cost 800 baht more, but you may want to consider the space the RE Permit stamps takes up in your passport as the multiple is only one stamp - if you don't have a lot of pages remaining, it may be worth the extra to save the space. Just a suggestion, as we often hear, its up to you.

you can get as many re-entry permits as you want or need. They will be valid until Oct 2020 <- when your current extension runs out.

You could get another single re-entry permit for 1000baht OR you could buy a multiple re-entry permit for 3800baht that would let you go out and back in as many times as you wanted until Oct 2020
