Can I use invested funds for my Thai visa application instead of liquid cash?

Hi all.

I want to apply from Italy.

No problem for the 500k.

My money are all invested through a broker (Interactive Brokers and Scalable).

Do you think it could be a problem?

Just in case I can sell some investments and buy again later, but I could loose money.

Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about using investment funds held in brokers as proof of financial stability for a Thai visa application, specifically the requirement for 500,000 THB. Multiple commenters emphasize that investments cannot be used as proof; liquid cash in a standard bank account is required instead.

Investments don't count as proof of finance. Has to be in cash on a private bank account
