TLDR : Answer Summary
No, you cannot use your broker account as proof of funds for your visa application in Thailand. The embassies specifically require bank statements from checking or savings accounts. It's suggested to transfer funds to your bank account and provide statements. Online payment service accounts and other types of investment or business accounts are also not accepted.

The embassies do not accept business accounts, stock accounts, securities accounts, or cryptocurrency wallets. Only checking or savings accounts are accepted. Revolut , Paypal and Stripe accounts are also accepted.
