TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation discusses whether a stock market portfolio, specifically from platforms like Etoro, can be accepted as proof of funds of 500,000 THB for a Thai visa application. Some users share their experiences, mentioning that screenshots of stock portfolios have been accepted elsewhere, while others suggest that embassies may have varying requirements and typically prefer bank statements or withdrawal proofs.

You have to ask the Embassy you will be applying at.

Different Embassies, different requirements.

Anonymous participant I tried that back when it was during Covid and needed to show proof of funds. They rejected saying it needs to be a bank account.
