TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired whether a copy of their TM 30 is acceptable for applying for a Non-Immigrant Visa after losing the original. Responses indicated that using a copy is generally permissible, provided there have been no trips outside Thailand since the original filing. Users advised checking with the TM 30 desk for a replacement if needed and highlighted that Thai addresses may not be necessary for the application.

Is there a difference between a self-file at Chang Wattana by the foreigner and an online file by the house owner?

the difference is IF you self filed (OR your land lord filed for you in person) there would be a receipt of having filed where as if you used the online program you would have to go into the system view the data, then do a screen grab and print that because there is no print receipt function on the online program.

, :O if you flew to Hanoi last month, when you got back you should have went to Chaengwattana and re-filed a NEW TM-.30 with your new arrival date and your new TM6 arrival/departure card.

Take your lease with you when you go to apply for your 90 day Non-B because I think you're going to need to file a new TM.30 and get the 800baht fine for failure to file within 24 hours of comin' back into the country.

You shouldn't have a problem using a copy of a previous TM.30 you filed as long as you haven't been out of the country between when you filed the TM.30 before and when you're going to apply for your Non-B visa inside the country.

Believe me, if your TM.30 copy isn't correct the people in Section C-1 (the ones who issue in country Non-Immigrant visas) will let you know ;)

Where and on what reason are you going to apply for a Non Immigrant Visa? I never seen that a Thai address is needed to apply for a visa.
