I'm from the US on a 45 day exempt and now a 30 day TR extension. I got a 60 day TR e-visa from the US but it came 3 days after I had already arrived to the Kingdom. Can I still use the 60 day visa on say a RT flight to Singapore and back to Thailand .. or is the TR visa only good from the country that issued it? Thanks for your info and time.

TLDR : Answer Summary
You can use the 60-day tourist visa issued from the US after entering Thailand, as long as you leave and re-enter Thailand before the visa expires.

As long as you leave and re enter Thailand before the visa expires you can utilise the 60 day visa. Irrelevant what country issued it.
