What are the visa requirements for Australians and Malagasy passport holders traveling to Thailand from Madagascar?

Hello folks thanks for adding me. Does anyone have any updated information about the workings of the Thai High Commission in Antananarivo Madagascar? The website does not work at all and I can’t find an email address. I’m on an Australian passport (living in Madagascar) wanting to use Bangkok as a hub for a holiday to Bali and Thailand in July, travelling with a friend who is on a Malagasy passport. I’m assuming with Australian passport I’m ok for multiple entries issued at airports for short stays? But for my friend? So far no clue.
