Will I have trouble re-entering Thailand with a multiple entry tourist visa after an extension?

I have a multiple entry 6 month tourist visa...went to Immigration to get my first 30 day extension, paid my 1900 baht, got the stamp, all good. Then I noticed later a second stamp saying “to keep your stay permit re-entry permit must be made before leaving Thailand”. Since multiple entries are already permitted on this type of visa and I’m leaving for Vietnam in about 10 days, should I be worried I won’t get back into Thailand on my return?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about re-entering Thailand after leaving for Vietnam on a multiple entry, 6-month tourist visa, following their first 30-day extension. Community responses confirm that as long as the user returns before the visa's 'Enter Before Date', they can re-enter Thailand without any issues.

As long as you come back before or on the Enter Before Date mentioned on the visa it will be no problem.

nope don't worry about it at all, if you have a 6 month METV you are fine to come and go as much as you want for the validity of the visa
