Hi everyone,

I applyed for the 3 months non O visa valid until 22 October 2024. I already extend it until 22 October 2025.

Can I go out of Thailand when I want or I have to wait the end of the first 3 months?

Thanks for your help.

Roger.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the ability to travel outside Thailand with a Non-O visa that has been extended. The response confirms that it is permissible to travel out any time during the validity of the visa, provided a valid re-entry permit is obtained before leaving, to maintain the extension status.

, documents you have to submit are different depending on the reason for your Non-O visa (retirement, marriage to a Thai, guardian, trailing spouse, etc). Please make your own post mentioning what your Non-O is based on.

You are free to travel out of Thailand any time. Just ensure you have a valid re-entry permit BEFORE leaving Thailand to keep your extension valid.

I’ll add that you’ll have a choice between a single or multi re-entry permit.

Unsure of the current rate though.
