Hello i have an education visa for 3 months but I've made a mistake I've been in the wrong Gym the all time.

Can i leave the country at the end of my visa apply for tourist visa and come back in Thailand?

Answer summary

The user inquires whether they can leave Thailand at the end of their 3-month education visa, apply for a tourist visa, and return. Commenters clarify that if the user is on an initial 90-day visa, they may leave and return. However, if they are on an extension, they would need documentation from their school to cancel the extension and should prepare for potential questioning at the airport regarding their quick return. Additionally, there is commentary about the user's amusing situation of attending the wrong gym.

That sounds like it could be tricky if you are a Canadian Citizen - go to the consulate - good luck!

I don't think the Canadian Consulate can help. Nothing to do with them!

If you're still on the initial 90 day visa then you can just leave and return.

If you're on an extension of stay then you would need to get documents from your school to take to immigration and cancel your extension.

Immigration is very wary about people with education visas in the past so expect to be pulled out of line at the airport and questioned about why you're back in Thailand already after just having an education visa.
