TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is asking whether it is possible to switch from a 15-day Visa on Arrival to a 1-year Business Visa while in Thailand. Respondents clarify that a Visa on Arrival cannot be extended and that the user may need to return to India to apply for the Business Visa through the Thai Embassy or Consulate.

Also you entered on a 15 days visa on arrival. It cannot be extended in Thailand.

Here is a discussion link to read...but you will read that even those from India who enter Thailand with a Tourist Visa 60 days cannot be extended

Harshal Chaware I believe so. You will need to contact the Thai Embassy/ Consulate to seek a correct Visa to Thailand.

I will leave your posting open for others to reply with their suggestions or advice.

As there are many from your nation visiting and doing business in Thailand, I suggest to talk to them and seek their advice.

As you are from India you will need to return to explore the requirements for any VISA issued by the Thai Embassy or Consulate in India.
