Can I fly from Bangkok to Ubon after 10 days of ASQ without being vaccinated?

I haven't checked but unless it has changed internally since the 18th January Henning is incorrect. Fully vaxed, I flew after 7 days AQ in Bangkok to Ubon. Not sure if they were nurses but vaccine status checked before you leave baggage collection at bottom of the stairs
