Hey guys I'm planning to fly to Phuket directly after completing my quarantine in Bangkok. Do you guys think it's possible right now? And has anyone done this?

Yes sad you didn't see the capital without the smog but enjoy Phuket, much cleaner air

Yes it is possible. Think positive and remember to slip a few baht to the check in staff and immigration officers on your way through, whilst smiling inanely and wearing dark sun glasses.

I did that on Jan 16 with my bf. We headed directly from his ASQ and had no problem. We got 3 phone calls from officials asking for his ASQ certificate and covid test and name of hotels, how long we will stay in Phuket and where to go next.

Chalong and Rawai have been left pretty much untouched since most inhabitants are retired foreigners, Bang Tao still somewhat vibrant due to the large numbers of resident expats in the area... everywhere else is basically completely abandoned
