TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can do the 7-day quarantine in Bangkok if you book a quarantine hotel. However, it's advisable to wait until closer to your departure date to confirm details, as rules may change frequently. Some users suggest finding hotels with free cancellation policies to avoid financial loss due to changing regulations.

April is a long way off. Rules change weekly if not more frequently. Keep checking closer to the time what the current entry conditions may be.

Yes, I am always looking. Today I read that you want to suspend the Test & Go until the end of the month

Yes, I know that. My fiance is in Bangkok. That's why I gladly accept the 7 days I'm there for 6 weeks

Yes, I just want to make sure that I can do the 7 day quarantine in Bangkok and don't have to go to Phuket. If it does not change with the Test & Go

under the current entry rules you could. However entering via Bangkok and doing ASQ you’re stuck in your hotel room for 7 days. Under the current sandbox scheme in Phuket you stay in your room until the first test result comes back then you’re free to roam the island, but you must sleep in the hotel for 7 nights.

That’s the proposal. I don’t believe it will be confirmed until Friday’s meeting.
