Can I stay in Thailand for 5 years with a soft power DTV visa, or do I need continuous enrollment in courses?

If I enter with a soft power dtv course that is 6 months, I have the visa for 5 years? Do I need to be enrolled in something constantly or every time I enter the country? Or one course and I am good for 5 years? Any other forms needed when I am there or needed to be updated other than 90 day reports? TM30?

Thank you 🙏

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires whether enrolling in a 6-month soft power DTV course allows them to stay in Thailand for 5 years on that visa, and if they need to be constantly enrolled in courses upon each entry. They also seek clarification on any additional reporting requirements like TM30 and 90-day reports. A comment mentioned that currently, there are no checks for ongoing enrollment at entry points.
