Just re-entered from Taiwan (vacation) a month into my DTV and I've got a new exit stamp 6 months from today... So I got 7 months total...?

It's not cumulative. It's always 180 days upon EACH entry, which means that if you travel frequently, you can stay the 5 years without any in country extension, and without needing to file 90 days report, either.

If you stay 90 days in a row. When I was on a B in a Global role based in Thailand I travelled often. No need for 90 day report as never in Thailand for a consecutive 90 days.

read again what I wrote. Frequent travelers, like me, staying less than 90 continuous day at a time, don't need to file it. If you stay more than 90 days at a time, then, yes.
