When a Thai woman gets divorced she must wait 310 days to remarry in Thai law . Does that mean you can not start a K1 visa for her to USA until the 310 days are up ? Or those the USA not care about the Thai waiting period ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
In the context of US immigration, the 310-day waiting period required by Thai law after divorce does not prevent you from starting a K1 visa application for a divorced Thai woman. As long as she has an official certificate of divorce that is translated into English, her previous marriage and the waiting period should not be an issue for the visa process.

Just don’t fret. I wouldn’t even mention a prior Thai marriage.

As long as she can get an official certificate of divorce and get it translate into English, there shouldn't be any issues. Thailand policies don't affect the US visa policies.
