Can I sponsor more than one child on a retirement visa in Thailand?

I’ve been told by an agency that you can only sponsor 1 child on a retirement visa. Is this accurate or can I sponsor 2? They are homeschooled. 

(And yes I realize I can go to immigration and ask but since this is a “visa advice” group, I will start here as I know there are some in here who work closely with immigration).

My husband has a Non O-A retirement visa and we tried to get Dependant visas for me and outlr 2 kids. Only I was approved. I was told by someone here that they only do 1 Dependant per visa now, but idk if it is true. I have also heard that the government is trying to force the kids into payinf for and attending international schools by denying Dependant visas.

You wouldn't sponsor them as such they would need to apply as your dependants. But thai immigration isn't keen on giving dependant visas where the primary person is on an extension of a Non-O based on retirement. You will need to make that trip and ask immigration directly

I dont believe there is a hard and fast only one child. The only restriction I know is they need to be under 20 years old.

Wouldn't it be easier to send them to school and get a guardian visa for yourself?
