I just got rejected from Cambodia and i am planning to return to thailand with 14 days visa exemption. I have a Myanmar passport and i stayed in Thailand with student visa for a year before and came to Cambodia for dtv. Will it be okay to return?

P.S this is my first usage of visa exemption after my student visa.

It’ll be hard to get a DTV with the country you’re from. Just a heads up man

You have to fulfil entry requirements for visa waving and give a valid reason. Otherwise your entry would be very uncertain.

Sad to hear you got rejected bro. May I know on what grounds did they reject your dtv application? Was it because you had incomplete documents or was it purely just out of random, for being rejected.

Buy VIP pass, don’t take the risk to cost you more and more. It will cost you more if you are deported unluckily.

Anonymous participant 887 you are suggesting the use of a Fast Track Service Company to meet you on airport arrival into Thailand at the airplane gate, guide you thru Thai Immigration to get a NEW entry stamp

@James *******
yes, correct. Actually not the company staff, but the officer him/herself will pick you up and guide you to the immigration and get stamped.

As long as you fly in you can get 14 days exempt when you enter, you can't enter by land as a burma passport holder without a real visa to thailand

You might be questioned comin' back in though as you've been here a LONG time

Depending on how they want to be they can require you have proof of 20K baht in CASH, proof you have onward travel in 14 days and proof you have lodging for the 14 days

@Tod ********
is it 10k or 20K THb cash?

Anonymous participant if they ask for proof of funds in cash you will need more. About $615 or so

@Andi **********
for burmese if they ask for proof of funds they have typically only asked 10K baht because they can only get in for 14 days BUT you're right, having 20k in cash would be better 🙂 ( i edited the post)
