Hi all.

Sorry for the question that i should know the answer too, but with all of the recent confusion around visa's etc, i just want to double check.

Need to do my 90-report next week and just wondering if I go to Cheang Watthana or Muang Thong Thani? It's non-O, if that makes a difference.

Many thanks and apologies for the annoyance!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on where to go for their 90-day report, specifically asking whether to go to Cheang Watthana or Muang Thong Thani given their non-O visa status. The responses indicate that as of now, the Muang Thong Thani Immigration office is open for 90-day reports. Additionally, there are suggestions for online reporting options and troubleshooting tips in case of issues with the online system.

This is starting to become a train wreck, so I'm closing it down.

To do a 90 day report, you can use one of the following applications:

If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND you’re between the due date and 15 days prior to the due date, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.

1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information, requested.

2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly

3. Turn off any pop-up blockers

4. Turn off any auto-translate

5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications

6. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system

7. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.

8. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.

9. Make sure you aren’t confusing “O”(Oh) with “0” (zero)

10. If you’re keying your date manually, try using the drop-down date selection box

If the system still doesn’t work, then you may need to file it in person.

You can submit the report *IN PERSON* between 15 days before the due date, to 7 days after the due date. IF YOU ARE NOT LATE, You can also mail it in person, to your local immigration office (CW if you're in Bangkok). If you are late in submitting the 90 day report, the fine is UP TO 2K THB.

At this time <- meaning TODAY the Muang Thong Thani Immigration office is still open and that's the place you go to file a 90 day report.

NOW if that will still be the case next week, who knows, BUT for now, you go to MTT
